Assembly tips:

Please follow the instructions while assembling the organizer
Take the acrylic coverings from both sides of the acrylic pieces before the assembly (please do not use sandpaper or anything that can scratch the covering).
To assemble each tray you need a wood glue for extra strength.
Please make sure you assembled each tray correctly before gluing it together.
Put the acrylic lid in its place on the tray before the glue completely dries to ensure the tray doesn't get too tight.
You may fix the box with rubber bands after gluing it. This will save you time and simplify the assembly.
Leave your finished insert overnight to dry completely.

Very helpful, few small things..

Overall I'm happy with the organizer and would recommend to anyone looking for a way to reduce their setup time for Gloomhaven. The video tutorials were very helpful and made getting everything glued up no issue. I used binder clips of various sizes to hold together pieces that rubber bands could address (primarily the card holder).

A few things to note for improvement:

- Gloomhaven has several monsters that start with 'S' and would have appreciated extra blank acrylic sheets to help separate these cards for easier setup.
- This organizer does not address how to store the HP/XP dials. I mixed them in with the map tiles when storing but that isn't ideal. The character model storage has some wasted space so maybe there is opportunity there to utilize that extra space for the dials somehow.
- The character storage acrylic sheets should have a small lip or border to prevent the character overview cards from going up too far and potentially damaging from closing without noticing the card is up too high.
- The monster attack modifier holder doesn't seem to helpful and the cards can be stored in the card holder when not in use. Again an opportunity to make better use of the space in the box.
- Because of the way the character storage boxes are designed and the tight tolerances, I can see them not being too durable over time (especially the corners).

Expect to spend some time on building it. Pay close attention to what the pieces look like before gluing. It turned out awesome and makes setup and break down so much easier.
